It is a little different from all of the ones I have so perhaps somebody has seen one before.
It seems to have just one central spine reflexed with 6 strongish radials. The flowers are the normal yellow but with a bit of red on the outside of the petals.
It is also starting to develop the powdery blue cover like the cinerea group

How about Copiapoa mollicula? Seems very willing to go white in cultivation. Although the juvenile form has only tiny spines, adult plants that I assume are correctly named develop spines like this. And some of them have particularly pale flowers with red outer petals.
