New to me

Post by Roy »

I came across this in amongst a box of Dutch imports. It's the first I have seen like it. I think it must be a monstrose form of something and although I have not had time to repot it I think it has to be a graft as it has no green in it. It can't be a cristate as I can't see a growing point.

Tending more towards cacti :D, particularly Gymnocalyciums, Rebutias, Sulcorebutias, Echinopses, Thelos, Feros and Mamms (and anything else I like the look of!) all in an 8 x 6 polycarb greenhouse and a few windowsills!

Very good Roy! Looks like Lycopersicon beta-carotensis cristata.

Hi Guys,
well I never actually said it was a cacti I just said it came in a box from Holland!.........It is indeed your humble tomato..........sorry if I misled you.......it was just in the grit so I could photograph it. (if you believe that you will believe any thing) :-))))
