Chris is right, you don't need paperwork for personal seed imports except for certain plants (none of them are cacti) and CITES 1 species (flagged in the Mesa Garden list with a "#" sign). Plants are a whole different matter!

Nick, you can pay David Rushforth in pounds if you don't have the means to pay direct in dollars.
