Puting on a good show today is Ariocarpus agavoides, despite being overcast.

Very nice Phil!!
Re: Ariocarpus agavoides
That's nice Phil.
Missed getting a shot of mine in flower, it's on the right but I did catch A. kotschoubeyanus v albiflorus, second flower on this one.
I am quite pleased with these as they along with 4 others are the first ones I have had and only cost a few Euros each (ELK).

Wasn't it once called Neogomesia? I saw one when my granny took me to the nursery on The Lizard when I was a kid, but her purse wouldn't stretch to one of those as well. Talk about a deprived childhood!

Member of Somerset branch. I have a diverse mixture of small cacti plus a few larger survivors from a previous collection. I also like Stapeliads, Titanopsis, Anacampseros, and various other succulents. Now proud owner of many self-raised seedlings.
Re: Ariocarpus agavoides
I believe you're right there Phil.
David, mine came from a Czech nursery that was at ELK which is a cacti and succulent convention held every September in Belgium.
