Hi Andrew,

Nice to hear from you again. You missed at good social evening at Harrow this month!

I thought about visiting Kew in the sunshine today, but just did jobs in the garden and greenhouse in the end.

Strange how the Kew cacti look plastic under those artificial lights! Good job it's frost proof ...

Best wishes,

Hi Derek

Yes, haven't been for a while to either Harrow BCSS or Ruislip HS meetings, due to work and other things cropping up on meeting evenings. Will make it to more meetings in 2007 !

Finding the cactus house open on the evening was a nice surprise, as we just went along to see the gardens lit up and for the entertainment. The cactus house was popular with the general public, and it's funny listening to what people say about C&S when looking at them.

Merry Christmas
Andrew
