Bag method & tissue culture question

I have used jars for some of the smaller and more difficult species with mixed success.
I tried honey jars with cling film on, this worked initially but the jars dried out, this is because cling film is slight the porus.
The best method I found was a small pot in a kilner jar, as Dirks picture. This is working for aztekium and strombocatus and is wonderful with discocactus. I streralise the jar by boiling it first and then do the seeds in stralised compost spray with fungicide and seal it. I don't open it until the plants are ready to move or need some action.
I don't bother with this method for things like ariocarpus as they grow easily from seed, slow but the seedlings are quite robust.

The Lithops were photohraphed 3 weeks after sowing. They will be about 1cm across at 1 year old.
