Nelii got a repot today. I couldn't stand to look at the poor thing leaning over any longer so I put her in some dry bonsai soil (her root mass is pretty solid so it'll be easy to seperate the wrong soil off in the spring when I repot everyone) and she is now upright. And sticking out of the soil as before.
Also the fissure is opening a little - it's at a slight angle now, rather than the leaf inners being parallel. The bottom of the fissure is concave and the base is only about 25% of the plant height above the bottom of the cone, so it'll be a long time before I see new leaves. I think I might just have a lovely apricot and cream flower first....
