Hi Chris

Many thanks for the advice. Yes I did realise but am keeping my options open as I may travel from somewhere else as an extra night at ELK is cheaper than the difference between the ferry fare between Hull and other nearer places. Feel sure too I'd be more awake on the Friday.

Thanks again mike

Hi Bill,

You came to ELK via Brussels?
I'd guess the airport of Oostende is easier: smaller and nearby.
Then you only need to take public transport for about 15 minutes to the ELK. If next time you go via Brussels and arrive saterday early (8am latest) in the morning, I'd pick you up at the airport and bring you to the ELK. For getting back, you'd have to organise something.

Hello Tom

Yes I came via Brussels, unfortunately there are no flights from Manchester/Liverpool to Oostende.

Thank you for you kind offer, I have not made up my mind whether to fly agian or come by car either way it will be Friday when I arrive, So if I fly I will use you excellent public transport as I did last time.

Bill

Mainly Haworthia and Gasteria, a few other South African succulents and the odd spiky thing.
