Plant pots - where from?

Post by tony_lb »

I'm looking for some 2 or 2.5 inch plastic pots for sowing/ potting on. Does anyone have/know of a source for these? The only one I've found is thegardensuperstore, and they want nearly ?7 delivery on top of ?6 for 100 pots.

Mainly Haworthia and Gasteria, a few other South African succulents and the odd spiky thing.

I still have plenty of smaller BEF type square pots (2", 2.75"), but starting to get more limited on larger sizes. As a possibility, although I know various cactus nurseries still have reasonable stock, has anyone tried these pots http://www.thegardensuperstore.co.uk/ac ... _Pots.html ?
They don't seem too pricey, and come in a good range of sizes, including 10cm (4") which I think Malcolm Pym didn't make any more.

Philip Barker is the new source. He is at most events in the Northwest area, including many branch meetings. Call ahead to be sure he will bring stock on any particular day.
