I think you have some Disphyma and Carpobrotus plants there. The flowers on the first one are a lot like Delosperma but the leaves look smooth and the trailing woody stems are very much Disphyma.

I think you're probably right to question the label on the C. gigantea! Almost certain the one you mentioned as C. gigantea isn't - I'm sure it's Pachycereus pringlei I think due to thinner ribs (unless it's dehydrated but then they would tend to be closer together) and the odd slight bluish residue style growth marks P. pringlei tends to get but that I've not previously witnessed on a Saguaro.

The two are very very similar though so it can be hard to tell.
