Pallanca Exotic Garden - Bordighera, Italy

My first visit was about four years. To get there, I took a train from Nice in the south of France to Ventimiglia. Then a local bus, costing two euros, to just outside the Bordighera.

An absolutely fabulous collection of over 3,000 succulents and exotic plants planted on sloping terrain. Curiously arranged in different zones, this is a must see for any cactus lover. Certainly to me, it is Italy's finest succulent collection. Nowhere can you see such an extraodinary collection of plants.
