I have edited the posts above to put the photos in the right place. You nearly did it right - but when you use the button to place an image inline you do not need to click the 'Image' button first.

So in your preview text, this appeared

whereas all you needed was
Image2.jpg
Image2.jpg (7.72 KiB) Viewed 10456 times

Thank you for posting the great pictures of your Mexican trip. - wonderful photography.
It brings back memories of our trip to Mexico with our friend Martin Smith who was at the time working at El Charco.

Thank you for the compliment Dot! El Charco was definitely worth a visit, not just for the cacti but also the landscape and wildlife.
