I can't talk, I still haven't managed to emotionally blackmail Dad to do the really difficult and female task of cutting/buttering the bread while Mum cooks the dinner.

I can add that my poorly obesa also had a cavity in the middle... but it was very much to one side. Latex seems to be carried in arteries that run along under the skin, one in each rib.
