Haworthia Society Convention

The Eleventh Haworthia Society Convention will be held from Friday 21st October to Sunday 23rd October at the Hilton Hotel Leicester.

This year sees the 25th Aniversery of the Society and to celebrate this we have put together a bumper convention.
Jahub Jiemicky from the Czech Republic, who has just returned from an exhaustive trip to South Africa with Gerhard Marx and will present three talks on the trip.
Diederik Van den Abbeele from Belgium who give talks on his trips to South Africa.
Robert Whellens who will enlighten us further on his tissue culture techniques.
Stuart Riley will give talks on Gasteria Hybrids from round the world and also new miniature hybrids.
The auction will as usual be the highlight of Saturday evening and will feature five original works of art including one by Gerhard Marx as well as the usual selection of fine plants.
And of course not forgetting the sales, mini show and great company.
