Haworthia Society Convention 16th-18th Oct 2015

Post by Tony R »

There are still a few places left for this prestigous biennial event (the 13th Convention) being held at the Hilton Hotel, Leicester. Our overseas speakers this time are Sean Gildenhuys (South Africa), Jakub Jilemicky (Czech Republic) and Len Newton (Kenya, but now Essex); there will also be talks by Stuart Riley (Sussex) and Tony Roberts (Kent). In addition, plants will be on sale throughout the weekend and there will be an auction of special haworthias on the Saturday evening.

More information is available at:

http://haworthia.org/events.php

and there is a downloadable booking form at:

http://haworthia.org/downloads/13th%20H ... ention.pdf

Else, you may contact me or Stirling Baker directly.

Please book now before it is too late! We look forward to seeing you there.

I'm still in Holland after ELK so in theory you could add me as another overseas speaker!

Hi Tony,

if you are going to discuss Society matters, it would be great if you could resurrect the seeds exchange scheme. I have joined the society with hopes to obtain some as I am struggling with finding much of seeds elsewhere.

Thanks

Maciej
