That the seller stated he had looked at the list is fine to mention (but does not hold any added value really, as if a seller would normally not look at lists of incoming orders...), but then really clearly say you don't have anything left of what is requested anymore. Then it is best to clearly state that you can offer to send something different and explicitly ask if that is okay too.

Especially in international communication it is better to communicate less compact, preferably use two separate sentences in different wording to make one valuable point very clearly. If well written one sentence will implicitly add value to the other, so even those that have a problem understanding the language used might still have a very good chance of understanding what is meant.
Yes, I think you're right. Should be ask for the real get list ,before payment. I bought international seeds for times ,it's the first time meet this situation, I'll try to contact him again.

I was actually at their nursery in Chile on the 15th of last month and met them both, they are very nice people. It looks like the language you were corresponding in is English rather than your own language, therefore I suspect it may be a misunderstanding problem with the nuances of the English language leading to your mistaken order.

I am sure they would not try and send you something they did not think you had ordered, apparently from the email they thought you had agreed to the substitution in advance. I would contact them explaining the misunderstanding and see if both parties can resolve it amicably.
