Our evening talk will be about Southern Namibia and is by Rodney Simms
We meet on the third Tuesday of every month (except December) at 7.00pm for 7.30pm start. £2.50 entry that includes tea and biscuits.
Turn into Edgbaston Park Rd from the A38 by the new University swimming pool. Drive north and go past the signed main entrance to Winterbourne and take the next right. It is a gated narrow gravel road that leads to the rear parking for Winterbourne. If you see lots of glasshouses you are in the right place. Meetings are held in the first building on the right after the first parking lot.
There are sometimes plant sales, plants can be sold by anyone(25% to the Branch please - excepting speakers), always refreshments, and if you ask can see the cacti growing house. We also have a very good lending library. If you have any seasonal, interesting or unknown plants you are welcome to bring them along to show.
