Succulents leaves turning pink

I have notice a slight pinky colour on the stem of my orbiera variegated and the new shoots on my epiphyllum is this caused by stress? I have UV stablished large bubble all over the 8x6 greenhouse with 2 openers and door is left open all day.
Is there a cure for this? I did just have green shading but took it down when the weather changed and put up the bubble, only for the sun to come back out.i did read that some growers only use bubble. The greenhouse faces North so the sun is on 2 sides from 11am to dusk.I am East Anglian but South of it.
Do echeveneria glauca plants need more water than other cactus. After getting a fright over watering some.
Should I be easing off on watering all but the lithops.
