For some reason I don't seem to have any old photographs of fruit that I can find. Looking at my plants today this is the best I can find

After a lot of searching I finally found a fruit picture. This is a Yucca in fruit.

Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.

And the winner is...

Darryl's Coleocephalocereus aureus. Although the light's all messed up on the growing point of the plant, the subject gets the proper attention and the background is nicely defocused and adds diversity. Plus, the colour of the fruit makes it stand out really well.
