Probably unique, one of several different cactocushions made specially for Gordon by a Japanese lady (if I remember correctly). I do like real Astros too, sadly I lost this plant some years ago, but its memory lives on.

I took very few photos, I was in relational rather than photographic mode that day.

Here's my entry, Astrophytum myriostigma potosinum. Bought as a tiny plant six years ago and now one I'm really proud of.

Thank you to everyone who has entered this months photo competition :smile:

It really wasn't easy to choose which one had won. In the end there were just 2
Mike with his photo of Astrophytum myriostigma potosinum
and Jens with photo of Astrophytum caput-medusae
