This is not so much a succulent plant in an unusual place, as a plant in a funny position. The pot is an unusual pot that I have hanging up in the greenhouse and this plant has thrived in it.

Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.

Some succulents in a greenhouse on a windowsill, and alongside some on a windowsill, and in the background some in a greenhouse...

Hi Jim. I hope you are getting good birds on all those birdfeeders.

This is NOT an entry, because it is not my photo. But, given the subject of the competition, I couldn't resist. The photo was taken late last year in Arizona's Saguaro National Park by Kathryn Dragan (you can see others by Kathryn at http://plantworlds.org/arizona/carnegia.html). I think that you will agree that the position of that little Opuntia is most unusual!
