Is it possible for one of the Mods to pin this month's comp to the forum board? It still shows July.

Into all sorts of exotic plants but with only having a conservatory I prefer to buy small young plants and miniature cacti.

You are so lucky to be able to grow them outside in the garden.
They can be grown outside in Cornwall, where the winter temperatures are higher, I've seen gorgeous ones in the Sicily Isles, too.

Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.

Hi Mike, certainly not in the middle of it, too wet and salty. Nor on any islands that I know of, only the Canarys out in the Atlantic.

Yes, Maurice and Cactus Jack, it is Stenocactus Lau 1377 and i purchased it from Southfield Nurseries. Glad you like it.
Meanwhile although not a succulent or cactus and although I didn't take this picture, my son did from his window, I couldn't resist sharing this truly varied Shades of Green with every one
