Blossfeldia seedlings...

Germinating (july 2013). The brown object on top of it is the seedcase. Those of you who have sewn Blossfeldia seeds will know the scale.

A few days old.

March 2014, a day or two after I started watering again, which I hadn't done since November. It is now almost 2mm across.

Apologies for the fuzzy pictures, etc., but they are very much enlarged.

A Blossfeldia, to show that small cacti can also be getting ready to flower. Some of last year's seeds still lying around

That's some amazing pictures. I was about to show extreme bias and pick a Lithops, but then I saw an Echinocereus with an amazing shock of hair. Not the smallest plant on here, but I nominate it as my favourite :)

Sorry I didn't post anything for this topic but I have had a few problems healthwise that resulted in a hospital stay preventing me doing anything useful  .

I think I have now loaded the winner into the galley and will try and enter something this month

Lophophora Alberto-Vojtechii seedling

Some Alberto seedlings are completely devoid of red pigment
Regardless of how much light you give them
This is of of them 43 days from sowing
