It's sort of globular, for now!
I've lost the label, so any suggestions would be welcome?

It looks like Stapelia magnifica with that flower coming.
Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.

Hi,

I have this plant as Gymnocalycium damsii rotundulum. Rotundulum presumably means round, and I think it has a nice round look in this picture.
