Here are a few shades of blue:
Echeverias are always a good option for blue, E. amoena
and E. tolimanensis x pulidonis hybrid
Agaves are also good for blue, I don't know which this one is
If it's winter here, it's summer in the southern hemisphere, just right for Puya bertoniana

Well here goes - my first entry into the photo comp!!!
I have a limited collection of plants about 30 but steadily growing and the three images below are the only three plants which on a good day and if the light is good and I don't have my contact lenses in there is a hint of blue and of course it is winter - the brief is met
The three images are Graptopetalum, Echivera and an Aeonium.
