I can't decide on my most beautiful flower, but these two echinopsis are particular favourites.

Hi,

Thank you to everyone who entered June's photo competition. There were some great entries of really stunning flowers. I should have known of course that I would be faced with an impossible choice at the end of the month.

So a few that I liked. Liz M's Echeveria was a beautiful photograph and I also liked MikeT's Eriosyce and both Gymnocalycium baldianum and Rebutia steinmanii from RodSmith for the lovely red colours. And there were plenty more as well.

However, first place goes to daniel82 for his Echinopsis Bourneparade which I've chosen because of the way the flower really seems to glow, and for the way he has captured the delicate shading on the petals.

Over to you Daniel for next month's competition.
