Here is an impression of just a few random shots from this summer from my greenhouse.
Lot's of Ferocactus and Thelocactus plants

Mostly Ariocarpus

Homegrown Thelocactus and a few mesembs

Very random, but I was aiming at the flowering Echeveria (if anyone knows what kind of Echeveria, please let me know! (it has a sort of lumps on top of the leaves)).

Hi Aiko, the Echeveria is probably "Paul Bunyan" A Dick Wright hybrid.

Hello Aiko
That´s a very clean and accurate setup and very carefully selected specimen. It realy is fun to look at the pictures and I always find it very inspiring how other people keep their plants.
Thanks for sharing Bill and Aiko.
Over here it looks sort of untidy in comparison, but I like the different layers that provide different growing conditions and of course a lot more rooom to stuff cacti in. I only found the tables half a year ago and I will see how it will work to fit the bubble film in the inside next month...

Well, not really. Although I tried to place similar plants a bit together, I merely crammed in a plant where it would fit to be as efficient as I could on some tablets.

Using plastic trays is what I am about to do too. Especially for that idea I have bought a few dozens trays not higher than 7 centimeters, so most pots will be higher (and therefor the tray should be less prominent visible).

Maybe I will not use trays for my big plants, but any plant that is in a pot not much bigger than my hand will be placed in a tray. And each tray will contain plants that need similar care, either by light, watering or temperature. Much easier and manageable when plants are sorted in trays, I think.

Wow what brillant pictures! What you going to do when you run out of space. I did have a greenhouse - it blew down in the hurricane that never was (1987 I think). Back to window sill culture again though I did put plants in a very sunny cold frame for summer where slugs decided to eat my Lithops (two plants - I never seem to have any luck with them :???: ) Sue
