As many as that Ian

No that will come down Ray, I don't have anything particularly tender so I only need to keep just above freezing. Only a few I think I have enough though.

That is really impressive. Seeing the results of your efforts makes me want to stand back and applaud. It puts my humble project in perspective!

I'm in the middle of replacing a 8x6 Halls greenhouse with a 16x6 Elite High Eave. The patio is covered in plants and I'm having to keep an eye on the weather forecast so I can get the tarpaulin and lashed down in time.

Like Tony, whenever you can spare the glass cleaner............?

Looks great Bill, I wouldn't know where to start customising a greenhouse like that.

Did you buy lengths of glazing bar for the extra wide roof? Seems they are much longer than the ones you would have had left over from the other greenhouses.

I do hope that the earthquake in your area (Llyn Peninsula) didn't affect your new greenhouse erection Bill.

I can imagine the conversation: 'Did the earth move for you dear?' 'Yes, and it rattled the glass in my new greenhouse!

Thanks Tony, well you can keep your hands of my Mrs H, they broke the mould when they made her.

Thanks, nothing humble about a 16x6.

See my comment to Tony.

Thanks Stephen, actually I am starting to wonder if it's big enough, I am not sure how all the plants fitted into the old greenhouses.

Thanks Richard, well having spent many hours as kid playing with mecanno, and in my past work life as a builder, amateur architect and sectional building designer appears to have come in handy.

Nope. I joined the existing ones with short lengths of aluminium angle, once I have tidied up the inside I'll take some pictures of the actual construction.
