Hello Tina.

According to my records I bought the plant 9 years ago from Plantlife. It was about 4 inches tall with 2 tiny offsets.

A ring of flowers come up every spring with the first leaves, greenish, on fairly long stalks.Once opened they die in a day or two.It usually flowers again in the Autumn a few weeks before the leaves die.

Thanks to everyone for your comments.I think the point is that cactophiles who have a few succulents like me,like to look at the stem of a plant rather than leaves.

Hi Mathew.

They need a bit of warmth, and I ran out of benchroom in the hotbox,so they had to fly.

Hi Jeff
I love The P namanquanan, how old is it ?, does it flower often?, wot is the actual body size ?.

I have 4 of these 2x seed grown & 2 purchased but find them slow ( or perhaps I'm just impatient).
What is nice is the 2 seedgrown plants I repotted into a 5" pot & they are growing faster now & seem happier with my growing conditions.

Do I also see a E unispina & is the other Poisonii ??, I have trouble with the difference.
More succulent pics please:D, I love nosing in others greenhouses but too embarrased to show you mine
Tina

varied collection of succulents and cacti but I especially like Euphorbia's, Ariocarpus and variegated agaves.

Robert, this is a hybrid between E. bupleurifolia, and E. suzannae, and is quite readily availably, whereas E. bupleurifolia is not.

What a pity that the bupleurifolia/suzannae cross is such an uninteresting plant from such good parents.
Mine just gets larger - not even flowers!
