December CactusWorld Missing Envelopes

Post by David_K »

Although this only affects members I know that many do not access the Society Discussion Forum so am posting it globally. It has also gone out on BCSS Announce.

The December edition of CactusWorld will hopefully have arrived with you today, we know of many that have. As you will realise this is somewhat earlier than normal which we hope you will appreciate. However there has been a serious omission by the mailing house that handles the mailing for us.

We normally include a reply paid envelope for you to return your next year subscription and this year we had asked that you put the survey form in with it. However the mailing house omitted to put this envelope into the package despite being instructed to do so.
We can only apologise for this omission which was outside our control and ask that you please try to get your renewals back to us as soon as possible and to please include the survey with it even if only when passing it on to your branch secretary. If you renew electronically we hope you will realise the importance of the survey and will take steps to get the form back to us.

Please pass this message on to any of your friends who may not get this message either via the Forum or BCSS Announce as we need to let as many know as possible.
