You can read itin English by simply clicking the translate button on the Google tool bar. If you have one of course.

Yes it is possible to have an English translation, even without toolbar. You can use this online translation tool:
http://translate.google.com/
Then click on "translate a document", and upload the PDF. You will have the text translated in the chosen language. However you will have to watch the photos in the original PDF.

It worked for me, but I uploaded the PDF I had on my local hard drive instead of giving the address of the PDF online.
So you have to download it first locally, then upload it to the translation tool.
