Martin, Denmark, opuntioids, cold hardy succulents

Post by Northern Nursery »

Hej all
This is to introduce myself.
Im a plant grower from Denmark. I have worked with plants most of my life. Im mainly into hardy stuff but not limited to.
Some of the generas/groups I work are north american opuntioids and ball cacti like Escobaria, pediocacti and Echinocereus besides that maihueniopsis, maihuenia and austrocactus which are cold hardy here in the greenhouse, cold hardy Delosperma, Kniphofias and various crassulaceans. I mainly have plants with good data, a large part are started from seed.
Besides that I am also focused on Yuccas and cold hardy carnivorous plants. I work with selecting and breeding new forms of yuccas and Sarracenias for garden culture in a cold/wet climate here in Z6.

Future projects are other south american opuntioids and various andean ball cacti.
Im open for trade of plant material.

A very warm welcome to you in Denmark, Martin. I hope all your plants survive the cold.

Collection mainly of cacti, though interested in a much wider variety of plants than I can accommodate!
