Two more of my Hildewinteras that have flowered for the first time - one extreme to the other in size.
The large flowered one is I think a super flower and I love the colour it also has more flowers to come. The small one is one of several I raised from seed given to me by Terry Smale as one of his crossings. I love it small and delicate. I am awaiting a few more plants to flower for the first time so will post more as and when.

I forgot to mention that I do find that these plants flower throughout our growing season so there is always something in flower from the genus.

Beautiful flowers Sylvia and some interesting information about a genus I don't yet grow. Thanks for posting.
