Actually I meant first Ariocarpus flower this season! Not the first time on this plant!

I've had A. hintonii and A. bravoanus ages ago, and a surprise A. elephantidens in July, but it is early for A. retusus. Maybe they are hiding buds in the wool, ready to spring out when I least expect it.
