There are plenty on eBay, mostly from Eastern Europe (Hungary, Poland etc.), just search "Caudex" and see what comes up.

I think you might find it worthwhile to visit the annual fair of the ELK in Blankenberge, Belgium. It has just passed this weekend, so you will need to wait a year. Many of the UK are travelling to Belgium for this one. There are more caudex plants than you can carry.
