Hopefully the 1st edition 2018 will not be so badly delivered.
If it is just annoyed with the other issues, at the issue with the seed list is such a distribution unacceptable.

Hi,

I am investigating a better service for the next Bulletin, I realise how important it is to most of our members. If it is a better service we will use it for the rest of the year to give it a fair trial.

I am having to send out quite a number of replacement copies in the regular mail.
