MSG Bulletin

Post by iann »

Mine arrived. Quite late, I guess? I hadn't really noticed with other things going on, but its March next week!

I haven't read it yet, but scanned the seed list and might need a new greenhouse. Good selection of interesting Lithops, several other things that caught my eye, and Conophytums aplenty for those so inclined. Spare a thought for Jennifer, who'll no doubt have a letterbox crammed full of seed orders by the weekend.

I hope mine will not take a month longer, as the previous bulletin...

What's on the seed list?

They are trying to get the overseas copies delivered faster and you will be able to get a copy of the list emailed to you after 14th March according to this page http://www.smale-conophytum.co.uk/MSGseed.htm

That's helpful. Thanks. Hope it doesn't come to this...

HI All our keen members,

We have paid for a better service for all the non-UK members' Bulletins to be sent and I will be interested to know when they arrive, just a sample, not everyone. The UK members' Bulletins were mailed yesterday 2nd class post, so the P.O. worked wonders seeing that their aim for delivering 2nd class is 3 days.

The non-UK items were taken to the mailing house today, so should be on their way tomorrow.

Regards, Suzanne

I got my last Bulletin at the end of January. I'm not sure how it took that long to get here, maybe it came by Pony Express :P

Exactly the same as me Brian. Posted my order at 6.00 a.m. today.

Last year was my first attempt with MSG seed. All doing well so far. Decided to carry on growing them under lights for their first winter but will let them have their proper rest period come November 2018.
Joined Havering branch 2006, although have been growing on and off since the age of ten!
Have a large balanced collection of both cacti and succulents but enjoy growing cristate, monstrose and generally anything a bit weird!
