A good year

Post by Mike »

I think it's turning into a great year for flowers.
This Lobivia (for which I've never had a positive species identification - any ideas?) has managed 128 in its first two flushes so far this year...

The flower is certainly like hertrichiana, but my L. hertrichiana is rather longer spined, and not quite so hatchet tuberculed.

I concur with your comment about flowering.

My Gymnocalycium collection is covered in flowers.
