Echeveria 'Hoveyi' cv Inversa. Odd shaped leaves are normal with this form.

Are you sure it's not one of those new Australian cultivars, Stuart?
Seriously, its Echeveria 'Hoveyi' but if parts of it ever revert to being non-variegated, then you can call those bits Echeveria 'Zahnii'.
