Crassula ovata cuttings

Post by Eric Williams »

I have an over grown C. ovata, silver in colour which I would like to take cuttings from . Trouble is the stems are all over three quarter of an in dia. Would these strike
due to their size and age. Thanks

Eric I think any cuttings will root fine..... eventually. My daddy plant has a pretty thick stem & leaves or small branches drop from time to time, which root on their own. See photographs. I like these plants and the daddy is the only money plant which flowers for me. Very slow growers I find.
