That's a good link Pat. Some of these new cultivars/creations are spectacular, very unique.
after seeing this image I found a load of similar fascinating plants on Pinterest. I've heard that one of the methods of creating such plants is iradiating seeds.

When I was a child I put a non-succulent Euphorbia cyparissias in front of an ancient luminous alarm clock. The stem closest to the clock started growing in a tight spiral and always did afterwards. I should have taken cuttings and made my fortune.
