Who are these insects on the bottoms of my pots with mesembs? They are 1mm long and run pretty fast. They don't look like thrips that Google shows. They look more like termites to me, but that's impossible in Canada. My plants are indoors. I also found a bunch of what looks like carnivorous mites (they also run fast), but that's OK I guess.

It seems too small for termite.
