It's warm and under lights and reasonably damp.
It was kept cooler and dry earlier in winter and dropped its leaves for a while.
I doubt if it ever went much below 10degC though.
They do rebound quickly from drought dormancy with warmth, water and light.
I assume it would happily grow and flower year round if given the conditions.

Oh, neat! I just saw Uncarina roeoesliana on eBay recently but somehow talked myself out of purchasing it, now I am back to the struggle...
