that Mr Kobayashi seems to be popular. he must sell a fair few plants to make the trip worthwhile

Yes he produces some really nice plants. He only sells what he can manage to bring in his luggage maybe 30 plants, but nothing less than £25. So he took maybe a £1000 in about 10 minutes.::o

At 25 quid a plant, I'm sure the postage from Japan is the least of your worries ;)

What are the pots, Bill? 2" round? I see nobody else is interested, but despite having more pots than Philip Barker I still never seem to have quite the right size for repotting that special plant :bangh:

Presume you mean the 500 for 5 euros Iann I haven't measured them but think they are a little under 2", maybe 40mm.

Look I thought I did well nearly 25% have spines and I did get another digi plus 40 astropytum seeds from Mr Kobayashi so potentialy more cacti then succulents::o

When are we going to see your new aquisitions?
