Re: January 2011 Photo Competition
Well, I've really enjoyed admiring the photos arriving during the month and, needless to say, been amazed by the quality on show. I've also appreciated the experience of judging, (with great difficulty), other peoples work, and will certainly take a deep breath before criticizing others judgements in the future! However, in the end I found myself returning to the same photo on each visit and that was Hobs Echinopsis species. Congratulations Hob.

Well done Hob. A very worthy winner. I thought all of them were excellent and would not have been able to select one in preference to others but I would agree with Eduart as well. Cannot wait for the new subject for February.
