BEF 6" Square or 6" Round Half Pot?

Post by Philip B »

A new mould is to be made in the coming weeks either for a 6" Square Pot or a 6" Round Half Pot.
The square pot will bridge the large gap between the present 5" and 7" and the 6" round will extend the range of the two existing half pots.
It is only practical to consider the manufacture of one mould due to the cost so which do you prefer?
Please post a response or PM.

Thanks
Philip

Hi Phil,

It is possible to find 5" and 6" round dwarf/half pots and/or intermediates made by other manufacturers, however, I am not aware of any source of quality square pots that currently bridge the 'Massive' gap between 5"sq and 7"sq, so personally I would go for the 6" square.
Especially interested in Mesembs. small Aloes and South African miniatures and bulbs.

Square for me too. Saves so much room on the staging when you can push the square pots together.
