Found this and thought it would be worth sharing: http://www.bonap.org/genera-list.html. It's a county and state map showing the distribution of plant species in North America (currently just USA in detail) both native and introduced. There are some C&S genera in there.
NB, the maps display 4 across the page; on my screen size the 4th is hidden and requires scrolling across.
