Hard to narrow it down to one since they all have their attractions. Anyway a few to start you off.

This is the first time I saw this beautiful plant 'pachyphytum amethystinum' flowered, and the flower is definitely very beautiful - small but perfect

This is my picture of Echeveria longissima, it's a very small plant and a large flower( approx 2-3cms long) in proportion but I think it is beautiful.
