Thanks SpikeyMike - I too loved all of my fellow competitors' pictures - so I thought we'd go on a different type of theme for March.
My theme is "Pattern" - so I'm thinking the lovely mathematical shapes which our cacti have in their ribs, between tubercles, in the spine patterns, in the spine distribution, the scales on the flower buds, the petal arrangements, etc. So I'm not so much interested in species or genera --- just "patterns".

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.
