Has anybody got any information on this years Zone 3 Rally please
What speakers location and cost etc

Details will be sent to Branches soon alongside adverts in the usual places, but the Rally will be on Saturday 26 October at the usual venue of Carlton WMC, Main Street, Carlton WF3 3RW. Tickets are £15 with the carvery and £10 without the carvery.

We have a fab line up of speakers who will be familiar to many on the Forum:
Chris Davies - Arizona, a Few Days in the South
Paul Spracklin - Gardening with Succulents
Derek Tribble - Defeating Drought

But as I can't get to branch meetings anymore I don't get to know what's going on and I always go to the zone rally by booking the day off work a year in advance but thought it was getting late to send the cheque

I am being asked what my presentation "Defeating Drought" will really be about! The full title is "Defeating Drought - a Tour of South Africa's Biomes". So we will travel across SA's spectacular landscapes seeing a wide range of succulents and learning which grow together and need similar cultivation methods.

Both Chris Davies and Paul Spracklin are regular speakers at my Harrow N London branch and I'm confident it will be an excellent rally/convention.

A few tickets remain for the Zone 3 Rally close to the M1 / M62 intersection on Saturday 26 October. It's always an enjoyable day and, with Chris Davies, Paul Spracklin and Derek Tribble of this parish, you can't go wrong. There'll also be books, pots, plants and good friends.
